just riding along

nice. yesterday we rode some of the trails at mobile and had a grand time. unfortunately my mountain bike is now out of commission do to the amazing ability that trees have of jumping out in front of you when you're going too fast to do anything about it. i don't know how they do it, they always appear to be stationary, but somehow they manage to jump out and and tackle you to the ground when you least expect it.

something's killing me...

so it's been a week or so since i returned from my trip. i had a great time. i got to ride some nice hills and check out the velodrome and some good bike shops in pennsylvania and then go back to washington dc and do some riding there and check out more bike shops and such. it was a good trip. i picked up a new fuji track bike while i was there, thanks to the guys at cycledrome bike shop in trexlertown.

since i have been back i have been doing nothing but riding, working, kicking it with the dog, and living the bachelor life (you know, surviving off of ramen noodles, coffee, and beer) until yesterday. it's nice to be back to some relative normalcy.
