we walked around, went to some stores, drank some beers, then we bounced.

when i got patted on the head

we watched three bands play before the queers played. we had plenty of beers before we got back to the hotel. we got up in the morning and i was pretty bent because i was hungry and couldn't get the troops in line in time for breakfast. but we ended up eating at henry's in the eighth ward and then walking around for a bit.

we also deployed a geophone

we went to molly's. then cab showed up and pan-wu & jamie showed up before we all went to dinner at mona's. after that we went to see a show.

and there was no one there

we drove to new orleans. on the way we saw a building on fire, but i could not get my camera out in time to take a picture of it. when we got to new orleans we went and had a beer before we could check into the hotel. we checked into the hotel and then went for a walk.

my first and second days of my four day vacation were spent riding trails, riding the road, cleaning out the kidnapper van, playing soccer in the front yard with the dogs until mable broke a nail, and on saturday night shannon was down from memphis with her boyfriend and jo-jo so they all came over and hung out for a little bit. i didn't get any pictures of that though. on to day three... time to start packing my overnight bag.....

the neglected room

the first night of my four day weekend was last night's gallery night. not the best gallery night i have attended, but it was better than working!!
