this is old news, from way back in november, that i just read about this morning as i was sidetracked reading about the doctor who just got five years for swerving in front of and slamming on his brakes so a large group of cyclists rearended him, resulting in numerous injuries, etc... five years? what a joke for besically assault with a deadly weapon and/or attempted murder. but if you think that's bad, follow this link: http://www.streetsblog.org/2009/11/23/charles-diez-gets-120-days-for-shooting-cyclist-in-the-head/
people just have no idea. i think this means it is open season on motorists after i have a bad day at work?
