we all went to bed really early yesterday. this means we all woke up really early today. i made some toast for the boy. shea and i had some coffee. then she made me an awesome cheese and mustard sandwich before i was off to meet up for the west florida wheelmen ride.
it was a pretty good turn out, with fair weather and a good handful of folks. i rolled back home with 60.69 miles under my belt.
and then it was time for a quart and a double bacon cheeseburger and tots from TOPS. followed by a nap.
