i feel like i've been beaten up.
rode the T4T Epic Ride yesterday. did poorly, time wise, i think, but finished. i am convinced it is due to my lack of training and my lack of time spent on the mountain bike, but i have no concrete evidence to prove that.
every year that proves to be a very well organized event, run by a solid group of folks.
